Olive oil is made from olives, produced by pressing the whole fruit. Olive oil contains antioxidants that may protect the body from cellular damage, which can lead to a range of health conditions and diseases. Although extra virgin olive oil has a bitter taste, it contains more antioxidants than other types since it has undergone only the minimum processing. We produce extra virgin premium food grade cold pressed olive oil which we collect from the organic farms of Spain.
